It measures semen volume, sperm concentration and progressive motility, and gives the total motile sperm count (TMSC); ExSeed says a result takes as little as 15 minutes. A home test is a measurement, not a diagnosis. If you're worried about your fertility or a result, talk to your GP first. The NHS advises seeing a GP after a year of trying, or sooner if the woman is 36 or over or either of you knows of a possible fertility problem.
